Facts are the enemy of truth.
Miguel de Cervantes
1547-1616
Spanish novelist and author of “Don Quixote”
Fact. Visible phenomena, images, pictures, things that are happening, things that seem to be proven by numbers or something. People accept these as facts and believe them to be true. However, things that appear to be “actually happening” are not necessarily true. Simple-minded people will believe everything. They will think that their own eyes and thoughts are correct. “Why is something happening?” “Is it really true?” Facts can even obscure the truth. Whether intentionally or not. That’s why we must sharpen our eyes, ears, and senses to discern the truth.
